Feeling Stressed?

Believe it or not, stress is one of the most overlooked
disorders that we are facing. We may be under pressure, but we certainly are
not aware of it and in the long run, it may affect us emotionally or
physically.
But before I go through, what is stress?
Stress is a state where our body or mind is under so much
pressure that the symptoms can be manifested through our body. Pressure can
come in various shapes and forms. It could be the too much workload at work or
at school or that utterly strong drive to achieve your goal but the obstacles
that you have to go through are just too overwhelming.
As I have mentioned earlier, we may be under stress but then
we have no idea about it until something happens to us physically. Some of the
symptoms of stress are:

It is almost impossible to live a life without stress. You
are always anxious about something, somehow. Therefore it is important that you
have an effective stress management so that it can be controlled. Here are some

We cannot let our lives revolve around stress. It takes away
the fun from living life wonderfully. Remember, we are responsible of our own
happiness.
