Many parties have to work together in order to find the solutions of the social problems among teenagers.
The most crucial is the role of parents in handling their children. Parents should be able to identify the problems faced by their children as well as knowing their friends. These can be done by spending more quality time with the children and make use of the time to listen to their problems and figure out the best way to solve them together. Teenagers who are having these social problems can also be helped by using academic approach. For example, teachers or lecturers may do some changes in teaching techniques; using computer or audio-visual instead of books, to attract students' interest and thus allow them to focus on their study. The teenagers may also get involved in extra-curricular activities in school to fill up their free time, therefore they will have no time to hang around and involve in the negative activities. Appropriate counseling at school level is also another alternative that can be taken by the academicians to help the teenagers to overcome their problems. Lastly, enforcement of law by the authorities is also needed in order to control the teenagers' behavior.
